A PLEA: I would like to thank a group of Twitter activists of all stripes for striking up the conversation that ended up in a thread almost 300 tweets long that resulted in this most temporary of minor victories against child trafficking. A search on Twitter for “#Adoption911” should bring it up.

I would also like to thank anyone who took the time to write, call, or file a report. I think it might be fair to say that many of us are “talked out” on the subject, and the endless spinning of wheels and chewing of gristle does not do much to change things. In fact, it can be seen as a tactic to do the exact opposite.
